Kediri was a small kingdom in Eastern Java from around 1045 tot 1221. The rare figures of this period are characterized by their elongated and lean torsos and longer limbs as in this example. Notice the head-gear is also taller as is the drum base he stands on. And an additional note on top of his shoulders is what looks to be a thin snake.
